Highlighting his creative ingenuity, versatile ability to seamlessly blend genres, and a strong penchant for delivering consistently captivating experiences for listeners, ‘Gon Gon’ sees Tekno collaborating with producer Egar Boi to offer us an amapiano-infused summer anthem, while he enlists producer Louddaaa (Ayra Starr, Amaarae, Lojay) for the velvety smooth R&B driven ‘No Forget’. Thematically, both songs reveal a romantic and evocative side to Tekno, as he asks his special lady to be his one and only on ‘Gon Gon’, and he pours his heart out, promising undying love to her on ‘No Forget’.
