WHO IS MAIRÈ
Mairè pronounced (ma-reee) is a dynamic afro -urban singer & songwriter. This performer showcases her talent with a melodic voice, concise and punchy songwriting! Her sound is heavily influenced by rnb & traditional afrobeats, whilst infusing hip hop. Dedicated to displaying her versatility, mairè strikes the world hot! Born in the centre of excellence, lagos, nigeria, mairè draws inspiration from the hustle & bustle of this city! She is a beauty with brains, having acquired a bsc in communications and multimedia from the american university of nigeria, all while kicking off a music career. After the success of her debut single “Addicted” in 2018, produced by awarding winning producer ‘spellz’, mairè decided to take a break from music to do some soul searching and growth. In that break, she worked with brands including pepsi and heineken. She was also able to experiment with different sounds, write and collaborate with a variety of producers!
