By submitting your content to TheReplayMAG, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your submission.

1. Nature of Service
1.1. TheReplayMAG provides a content promotion service that includes social media posts, web articles, and email marketing as part of the submission process.

1.2. All submissions will undergo a review process before payment is requested. If your submission meets our standards, we will contact you with further instructions, including payment details.

1.3. The service is considered delivered upon publication of your submission or any associated content.

2. Refund Policy
2.1. Since this is a service-based offering, refunds are NOT available once the work has been published.

2.2. If your submission is not published due to unforeseen circumstances, TheReplayMAG may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative solutions (e.g., repurposing or rescheduling content).

2.3. Submission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once the publication process has commenced.

3. Submission Review and Payment
3.1. Submissions will be reviewed by TheReplayMAG team to ensure they align with our standards, guidelines, and editorial policies.

3.2. If your submission is approved, you will receive a notification with instructions for payment.

3.3. Payment must be completed before the submission moves to the publication phase.

4. Use of Data and Submitted Assets
4.1. By submitting content to TheReplayMAG, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and publish the submitted data/assets in connection with our services, including but not limited to:- Publishing the content on our website.- Featuring the content in email campaigns and social media posts.- Using excerpts or visuals for promotional purposes.

4.2. You represent and warrant that you own the rights to all submitted content or have obtained the necessary permissions to authorize its use by TheReplayMAG.

4.3. TheReplayMAG reserves the right to edit, format, or adapt submissions as necessary to align with our platform’s standards or guidelines.

5. Content Responsibility
5.1. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content submitted is original, accurate, and does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of third parties.

5.2. TheReplayMAG is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the content you submit.

6. Publication and Promotion
6.1. Once your content has been published, TheReplayMAG will provide you with a link or confirmation of publication.

6.2. TheReplayMAG reserves the right to decide the timing, format, and placement of the published content across its platforms.

7. Submission Holds or Delays
7.1. Submissions may be placed on hold for reasons including, but not limited to, payment verification, compliance reviews, or additional information requirements.
7.2. TheReplayMAG will notify you if your submission is on hold and provide updates regarding its status.

8. Termination of Agreement
8.1. TheReplayMAG reserves the right to reject or terminate any submission if it is found to violate our policies, contains offensive or illegal content, or fails to meet quality standards.

8.2. In such cases, submission fees are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
